If anyone is interested, Tottenham have named France coach Jacques Santini as their new manager for next season.
Santini will take over at White Hart Lane after leading France at Euro 2004.

They're arguably only the 7th most successful club in London...

Arsenal
Chelsea
Fulham
Charlton
Crystal Palace
Millwall

You could put a pretty convincing case together for saying that all of the above clubs had a better season than Spurs did this season. Maybe even QPR and West Ham had better seasons than Spurs did.

I have quite a few mates who are Spurs fans... you would not believe how powerful their delusions are as to their club. They really still think that they have some sort of divine right to be "in the big 5", and that they should be challenging for trophies and European competitions.

In fact, I find their insistence and delusions bordering on detestable... which is why I've stuck them all on Kris Akabusi island.

Point taken... their staff deserve to be paid a special bonus just for having to put up with it.
