‘The truth will out’. What on earth is he referring to? There is no possible ‘truth’ that could come out and vindicate him from what he’s done. Deluded ****.
In his head the truth is he saved the club and it would’ve gone under a long time ago. No one wants to buy it and he is our Lord and saviour!

Deluded doesn’t even do that man justice.

And, as someone said yesterday, we ARE up in Basildon Magistrates Court tomorrow. This may not be the right thread so apologies if not.View attachment 28817

Maybe the club were caught having a sly toke outside the Moon On The Square or carrying a bladed item?

There have been numerous attempts from others to buy the club but it does seem impossible under the terms and debt pile The Rat offers them.

IMO it is just unrealistic as it stands and you cannot blame those that have tried.
I totally agree that attempts have been made but he'll always state no one bid what it is worth. "I put it on the market and no one bought it."

We all know that what he is asking is absolutely ludicrous. The man is a disease.

Well spotted OBL . Things just keep getting worse don’t they.
I wonder what these debts are for now?
I wonder if this is anything to do with pension contributions?

Given the HMRC issues, and missed salary payments, it’s reasonable to assume the staff’s pension contributions also haven’t been paid across.

The Pensions Regulator can (and does) chase employers through the courts for this, and does have powers to sanction directors as well.

I’ve had a quick look online but the regulator is a little behind in publishing its enforcement bulletins at the moment so nothing immediately showing, but not beyond the realms of possibility that this is the reason for the court appearance.
