I've never really thought of him as a great manager before, but when you look through his transfer history, record at Wigan and see some of the talent he's signed for a very small amount, he's pretty damn decent isn't he?

Zaki, Heskey, Palacios, Camara, Chimbonda, Cattermole, Scharner...

New signings Rodallega and Watson are supposed to be very good too.

Can we pinch their scout?
 
Was thinking about this early, Brucey is actually alot better than people seem to think.

He's one of the best english managers out there, along with Martin O'Neil.

Both done amazing jobs at their respective clubs.
 
To ba fair, he only joined November 07 so a fair few of those joined before he arrived.

However, I do believe he's a manager that has learnt from his mistakes and Wigan are reaping the benefits.
