SUFC: The Future SUFC up for sale

Finally....guessed with all the radio silence this was on the cards. Lets hope for a quick sale.

However is he selling on a debt free basis...if not surely it can only be sold for a pound with the new owner (s) taking on the debt.

Also is he selling all the land or just the football club and will still remain the landlord?

I keep reading it over and over. Trying to see if it's just the football club up for sale while he retains the building project?
Or is it the whole lot?

Superb news. I’ve always thought there must be someone out there who would want to buy the club, and with the training ground and stadium at the stage they’re at, plus the interest in the NL and glory of Wrexham showcasing the potential, let’s hope we can find a steady hand with deep enough pockets to take the reigns.

Going public on this makes a lot of sense vs negotiating in secret, hopefully we’ll have someone ITK who can keep us abreast.

I imagine he'll look to sell a big project with planning permission granted type of deal. Get his money back plus a little on top.

not sure how this is good news really, we knew that Ron was near rock bottom, but now he's admitted it, and he's admitting it to all the other creditors and third parties that he's indebted to/connected to. At least he is admitting it and hopefully there will be interest, but there isn't going to be a long queue of people looking to pump significant funds into a NL club on life support.
