To be fair, I've dealt with Garry Adamson a few times, and he's always been perfectly helpful and reasonable. He's certainly 100% behind us for Eggheads, and lining up some bits and pieces for us.

Yes but those 5 Southend Supporters will get a bigger audience and get more publicity for the club than the other 7995 put together, will do that day.

You make it sound like something special for him to be helpful and reasonable. I would have thought that a minimum requirement for a director although, on reflection, I can think of one who doesn't meet those criteria.

Not at all, just defending him somewhat. There are plenty of people around in positions of similar authority who are complete *****, I'm sure most of us can think of some, which is why it's nice to find people who do still believe in old fashioned customer care.
