The report a high standard as ever. A couple of points.
The Bently incident. Whilst it is true he won the ball fair and square he then had a little afters with the Lincoln giant almost ripping his shorts off in the process. In my opinion the dive was theatrical but the lino was correct. I was definately in the minority though.
The Flavs save resulting in the corner resulting in the goal looked to be heading wide but at the time I was pleased he made sure, so I don't blame Flavs at all.
I also think there disallowed goal was good.

Anyway looks like we wrote off Scunny too soon.

I must admit I couldn't see why their goal was ruled out. But I'm not complaining.

I think the ref disallowed the goal because of a 'push' on Petts but to be honest I think it was just a bad mistake from Petts who then fell over to justify it.:blues:

The Lincolnshire radio commentators were very honest in that they thought one of the Imps players had handballed in the build up which the ref had felt guilty about missing so blew up for the subsequent, minor infringement.

Yep, there was a clear handball out on the wing in the build up. The lino didn't give it as he should have done. The ref was then looking to blow up for the next minor infringement. Justice done over all.
