Memory Lane The first game RHB attended in his early 20's

Thanks for posting this vid. I did indeed see my first Blues match at Grainger Road Stadium. The greyhound track made the pitch so distant at each end. Rather like the old Wembley. Good to see Great Wakering's own Les Stubbs give the Rovers keeper a good old fashioned shoulder charge. And also score the equaliser. When Les was back home at GWR in the twilight of his career I played for Rayleigh Town against the great man in the Southend and District League when a callow youth. Happy days.
