When do you think the embargo will be cleared?

Because you're supposed to pay them on time, rather than getting your begging bowl out every season ?
The biggest problem is that the Premier league fatcats take all the money. I have no idea how lower league teams make enough money to survive to be honest

The rise of the Premier league has led to the demise of football in general

It still surprises me that some people seem to expect RM to expect nothing from all the money he has invested over the years. Thats just not reality.
If Ron can get his own finances in order and obtain govt planning approval he will ‘get’ two large housing developments and a decent share of the profit that results from these. His future and that of his family looks pretty rosy. ?

After 20+years of Ron’s stewardship and with us now languishing at the foot of the National League and having the umpteenth embargo of the last five years imposed on us, how is the future of the club looking?

It needn’t have been a Ron wins/ club loses scenario and I don’t believe that’s what Ron ever intended but that’s the way it’s looking sadly. Would love to be convinced otherwise.

It pains me to say this but the only way out of this mess is for the fans to stay away from RH and help deprive him of the cashflow he needs to keep HMRC and his many, many debtors from being able to successfully file against him for bankruptcy and thereby banning him from directorship and ownership of a football club.

I'd support a phoenix club, owned by the fans, playing in blue shirts, singing 'Sea-Sea-Siders'. No matter what league we play in, or what name we took. Because it'd be OUR club, not his.

There are much better options, including a new owner.

Your plan would actually make Ron more money. If the government and council have concerns about the impact of a football stadium they certainly won't for more houses.

So no club means no stadium and more houses for Ron.

I was under the impression there was more leniency towards debts at the moment due to the impact Covid has had on revenue streams.

Surely, if you take the word coming out of the club as true, the only reason we still have an embargo must be because the relevant people who make the decision are still on their Christmas holiday.
