During my visit to the ticket office yesterday it was clear that the staff have been rushed off their feet and very disappointing to hear that alot of fans are aggressive, abusive and irate in trying to buy/renew season tickets.

My experience has not been straightforward, but please try to be polite. They are not paid a fortune and many of the issues are beyond their control.

They were great last season. Very helpful and always have time for you.

And with 5000 season ticket applications at last count to process and contact people but they can't wait for the new season to begin!

Some people do have the odd niggle at the ticket office but it isn't the biggest team there and I am sure they would much rather be doing anyhting else then process new season tickets and answer queries but they do it to the best of their abilities and also helpful no matter how stupid some questions may be.
