Fully agree. I noticed this when I rang up to get my tickets for the Hereford game. Its at least 2 years old that message. Really poor and such a small thing which if changed could help generate some much needed income into the club.
 
It is apparently not easy to change and would mean them having a whole new phone system put in place.,.Now I am only guessing here but it sounds to me like that there was once a contract with the suppliers of this system and that includes the message updates and that is not longer in place.

I did inform the box office about this when I got my Crawley tickets but they didn't seem interested. Very amateurist.:thumbdown:
