It makes no odds what he says, its all about what he does and so far that is very little in terms of transfers, well transfers in anyway. being patient and waiting for the right player is a bit like turning up to a jumble sale an hour after it starts. Plenty of things to buy, always cheap, but only what everyone else did not want. A good centreback at lg1 level is rare and when one comes along he commands a good transfer fee. If we cant afford players just say so but then i suppose they have said so as actions speak louder than words.
