To all the 'big clubs'

I wish on behalf of Southend Utd and I to sincerely and whole heartedly apologise for ruining all the 'bigger clubs' seasons and cheekily sitting atop the league with a little over a third of the season left, we realise that as an unfashionable 'smaller' club we should be struggling towards the foot of the table. We are aware that Swansea, Bristol City and Nottingham Forest signing every available striker should be allowed to walk over the smaller fry such as us, and in all fairness us not signing anyone of significant fee to give you all a chance to catch up has proved unsuccessfull so far. So in summary we apologise for ruining this division and stopping all the bigger clubs with their devine right to get promoted by selfishly occupying one of the promotion places a place a team like ours and also Col******r United should not be brave enough to even dream of. We only hope clubs such as yourselfs can forgive us!
