Many wanted Goodship, Sterling dropped and Clifford instead of R. Taylor and that's happened. I'm certainly in favour of Sterling on the bench and Clifford. I would have also dropped Elvis and tried JD back there. I don't think Tranmere have a speedy winger down that side.

If Emile up top is not working, hopefully MM will use subs before it ( the game/score) gets beyond recoverable. (I.e. less than 2 nil down).
