really impressive goals, walker and barney definitely seem to have formed a partnership, and it goes to show that Macca has to be fired up and winning those 50/50s, you can't ask him to temper his game. he set up a goal from a tackle that was probably 60/40 in the Crewe players favour!

Barney is so good at holding players off to get his shot away (1st goal), he did it for the goal against Walsall & nearly scored the winner against Swansea the same way.

Credit to Macca for closing down, get work to get right up to the Crewe player for the first goal, but to me it looked more like he was simply trying to stop the long ball forward and got lucky with the block to play Barnard in. Not taking anything away from Macca, we need that sort of commitment to be successful.

Thought Walker's finish was very good. Very composed as he waited for the ball to drop and well hit on what looked to be his weaker foot. Great ball to Barnard for the 3rd goal too, and great finish to round it off.

Kiss of death though after the commentator said after the 2nd penalty miss "Crewe just can't score"!

Normally, Ian 'Talkssport Moose' Abrahams does a lot of the match voice overs on Virgin & he can't have attended ALL of the games unless he's bleedin Superman

Some great goals there - Particularly nice finish from Barney for the 3rd into the far corner.

Where was the defending for the goal we conceded though? There isn't a Shrimper anywhere near the goalscorer as the freekick is taken...will we ever learn? :(

Would have been goal of the season if it had gone in.
