Couple of hundred to this it seems

If it’s on of course.

Their pitch has been atrocious this season and has suffered several postponements already.

The last game that got postponed, the covers WERE on the South Stand side of the pitch even though some fans had their doubts.

When new (they must be older than half of the x block fan base now), those covers could withstand a freeze of down to -4 I believe, however, daytime feel like temperatures are not due to go into the positive and we know that even with the sunny days planned, the goalmouth Side will stay in mostly shade.

I hope that we can somehow create a miracle as we seem to have a really good bit of momentum at the moment and the feel good factor is back, fingers crossed this game Tuesday gets given the go ahead!

I feel a new covers fund coming on.

It's important that proper covers are purchased.

The last thing we need is this fixture being postponed again.

This doesn't need a miracle the solution is quite simple. 😇

We put a tent up over the affected area & install a @BEERMONSTER in it with casks of mild, some pork scratchings & a supply of pakoras. There will be enough hot air after a few hours to warm up anything.

The downside of this is that the army will probably get called in due to a suspected chemical warfare attack, Prittlewell & most of Westcliff will be cordoned off with residents having to wear Hazmat suits.

However, the pitch will be playable!! 🤣🤣
