Wembley tickets

So can someone answer this. If I have 2 season tickets linked to my account 1 for me 1 for a friend - can I get 8 tickets in one booking?
If this helps I have previous “pooled” our ST together to ensure all the tickets I have previously purchased are together and it has allowed me

The thing is coaches don’t work for everyone even if we could arrange them

Massive extra expense for people that already have a train season ticket
Not every supporter lives in Southend / near the coach route
Bloody expensive for people on a budget
As I have said previously we are literally being punished because our location most will use the train!
Which is a farce because that’s GREENER than all them Oldham coaches yet we are penalised for it!

Cowan, you showed up a year ago re SUFC when a GE was coming up poncing for votes then vanish regarding SUFC for a year now as if like magic you reappear again.
What a joker.
Don't think thats fair, nor true. He has been heavily involved in the development of Fossetts and protecting our payment from RM.

Frankly, anyone that wants to help in this situation should be appreciated.

This is my take on it:

The more I think about it, the more I think it's a big marketing thing and probably more to do with expenditure of the event for Wembley and the National League.

They haven't got any cat 3 tickets, so the upper deck isn't open. They always cost less but you'd have to pay for more stewards to open it, no money in it at all. This makes you buy cat 1 and 2 at a higher price but for less stewards. It also ensures the bottom levels are filled which looks good for tv.

Also, when you restrict something, human nature makes people want it more. If they left it at 40k tickets with the whole stand open for purchase, they would sell steadily through the week but probs sell less overall and have them all randomly over the ground. This way, everyone will panic buy today and they'll sell the lot and fill the entire bottom two levels. They will then probably still release more later on and pretend they 'found a solution' and look like saviours.

Feels like a huge marketing and monetary driven decision.

Also being punished because they are assuming everyone will arrive by train at the same train station at the same time (exactly 14:12)

How many busses operate to Wembley. I'd imagine a fair few and probably every 10 / 15 minutes or so. Then you have London cabs, ubers, Boris bikes.

The powers that be, who run the National League must have had smiles on their faces and breathed a huge sigh of relief when FGR scored in extra-time. They must have quickly disappeared following the penalties. They must of known exactly what was going to happen when two hugely supported clubs made the Final, just as they knew railworks were likely to lead to a severe restriction on attendance. They will try and hide behind Brent Council and TFL but their incompetence is there for all to see.
We didn't spend 300€ for a flight back, to end up with second-hand experience, sitting in Roots Hall.....if that service is provided?

I haven't had much opportunity to go to many matches in recent years so can't begrudge the STH allocation at all. But after taking my kids to their first match v Braintree I was was so looking forward to taking them to Wembley before my wife lures them to the world Newcastle Utd. Can't see that happening now or getting the 10 tickets hoped for family, other Southend supporters and a couple of casuals. Feeling gutted.

Good point, you are going to have fans go early doors for drinking etc and you are going to have some just going game and coming home.
Madness

I think they have not even opened the upper for Charlton so we have zero chance

My 17 year old son is devastated that he might not be able to get a ticket for the playoff final.

I feel awful because he could easily be in his early twenties next time Southend play at Wembley.
Well if you follow the year of the 5 principal we will next get promoted in 2035

Anyone know if CP's petition was shared with Oldham fans? And are they applying similar pressure / getting influential voices to join the cause?
