It was saying that 11pm last night…
It’ll all be fine.It was saying that 11pm last night…
I think not doing because they don’t want the additional admin would be a scenario quickly dropped with wiser heads quickly prevailing…That’s if they will let people move! Time is not on our side and they might not want the extra admin
You can’t choose specific seats online
You suggested STHs will mean only 5,000 true Shrimpers there. It might achieve the opposite and ensure majority of the allocation are Shrimpers.I am not lashing out at STHs at all. I am simply saying 4 tickets per STH is too much with the restrictions and will leave little to none for proper supporters who still go to a lot of games. Giving adults 2 extra tickets and kids 1 extra ticket would be fair. As it stands an adult and 2 kids with season tickets can get 12 which I don’t think is unfair to say is excessive considering the restrictions
I am wondering if this is why seasons can get x 4 and there doesn’t appear to be a clear limit on general sales. In a way that would be ideal as it would then ratchet up the pressure for a solution- slower sales would have the suits sitting their hands. Sell them in 48 hrs then go absolutely potty.
You’re never able to pick specific seats when dealing with Wembley so I doubt itWe don't know
Watermill in Basildon I believeMorning shrimpers.
Do all coaches leave from Roots hall or are any going from elsewhere?
This ticket issue is crazy and I feel for all us supporters that live away from the area but would definitely want to go to Wembley.
I have my dad who's in the Chelmsford area so id have to travel from the north into Chelmsford to collect him and then drive to Southend to catch a coach to go back to Wembley. Totally crazy as I'm not a season ticket holder so my chances of a ticket are slim.
Ticket swap thread perhaps? That’s if they will let people move! Time is not on our side and they might not want the extra admin
Nice one @MountainDrew . Jackanory, Jackanory.Doing the rounds on WhatsApp, has anyone else heard this story?
“Right. Straight up facts from the club, they’ve just emailed after I asked what the delay was.
DAZN and the national league are furious that the semi was ruined by the pitch invasion and Gus was almost seriously injured, thus damaging their product and the perception of the league.
For this reason, the NL asked Wembley to reduce our allocation to 17.5k, but the club have said that’s outrageous and unfair, pointing out Oldham fans were on the pitch at York too. So the NL said fine, we’ll apply the same to Oldham.
Now the club are panicking as they know we could potentially sell twice that number and have agreed with the league and the FA they will identify everyone on the pitch and ban them from the final.
Only once they’ve given over all the names and proved the fans on the pitch will not get a ticket, will the NL and Wembley and DAZN agree a higher allocation.
The police are helping pore over the footage and it’s understandably taking time.
Frustrating for everyone, but it’s been ruined by those who couldn’t contain their excitement and heed the warnings clearly issued during the game.”
My planned route by bus from King's Cross if I can get a match ticket. Also being punished because they are assuming everyone will arrive by train at the same train station at the same time (exactly 14:12)
How many busses operate to Wembley. I'd imagine a fair few and probably every 10 / 15 minutes or so. Then you have London cabs, ubers, Boris bikes.
At this point I’ll sit on the roof if need be but understand your point completelyYou can’t choose specific seats online?
You will likely be able to select a block, but not the location within said blockThe fact the club out what blocks for family and TBV, surely you can pick where you want to sit
If I remember rightly last time we was at Wembley you could choose your block but not the actual seat itselfThe fact the club out what blocks for family and TBV, surely you can pick where you want to sit
