So have we sold out our half of the lower and middle tiers?

Dark gray is not open currently. Surely they need to open it up so us and Oldham immediately have all lower and middle tier sections of the ground? Perhaps one section either side as a buffer between us. Then if demand requires it, you open up top tier and work your way around section by section I.e. 501, 502 etc

It’s nothing to do with booking half a stadium, full stadium etc. Capacity is being set by a Safety Group that is meeting again Tues- until then they are fiddling around the edges to buy time. I think Stan laid it out pretty well. I doubt throwing TfL and the Mayor under the bus was the wisest move by NL
