I've forgotten my fckim log in ln password and when i click on the re set email it just takes me back, and back.

I've tried ringing the ticket office hotline and that's closed so will have to drive to the club shop now and do it that way.

The whole situation is just pathetic

I had the same problem, but was allowed to log in once I had reached the front of the queue. Perhaps this may be the case for you.

How you getting on? As others said they took down the log in ability this morning to avoid the server crashing. Did you manage to get through the queue?

Didn't need password resets etc. Sailed through.

Did you try and log in after you had been admitted to the site? Sorry if it’s a silly question but a number of us couldn’t log unless we were admitted from the queue..

That ticket booking website is a shocker isn’t it. Got my 4 tickets (for 4 ST holders). Fingers crossed for some more to come for the other 10-15k

The ‘family section’ at Wembley are blocks 113-115. As at Roots Hall it is for adults with younger kids who want a quieter time. You can still buy those tickets elsewhere in tier one to get the child concession price if you so wish. Concession prices are not available in tier 2. As I said earlier if you’re buying for a larger group and want to sit together make sure you add additional season card holders details to your ‘family and friends’ section on the ticketing website. For example three season card numbers on an account entitled you to buy up to 12 tickets and you assign each ticket, up to a maximum of 4 tickets, to each season card number. No personal names are required.

I honestly think you will be absolutely fine- all the right cages are being well and truly rattled- hopefully something is announced before the general sale- that would make sense but we are dealing with absolute muppets of the first order…

From what people have said already, there appears to be no shareholder route. It's season ticket holders priority currently, then general sale. Highly unlikely phones are going to be answered imho.

Also have heard of some season ticket holders that want to buy their full allocation to sell some on at a profit which is disgraceful tbh!

I thought it was really good. Worked correctly and was smooth. If this happened 2-3 years ago we'd be absolutely ****ed. We can see that Oldham's has had issues.

If people didn't sort their login details in advance or read where it says sections are coach+ticket only, that isn't really on the system or the club.
