Wether the rumour of 35k total tickets is accurate, the longer the NL and other stakeholders take, the clubs are going to end up missing out on a load of money.

Terrible take on things. I have been to quite a lot of the away games this season but can’t do as many home games due to the weekends I have my kids. Doesn’t make me any less of a supporter than a season ticket holder and for the record I had a season ticket for several seasons. Personal circumstances vary for everyone and when a stadium can accommodate a big attendance it should be done.

Agree (although I have ST). If pricing is similar to L2 then it’s going to average £40 plus per ticket.

50 k is £2m @ 25% or £500k
20k is £800k @ 25% or £200k

On Meridian Tonight just now, they said the club has asked fans to be patient, as the club is still negotiating allocations with the National League. We shall see.....

Well neither club would fill their allocation if there weren’t restrictions on attendance? Or am I missing something?

The max allocation unrestricted is 35,531 per club as per The Championship play off final. And I imagine both clubs will say they need 25-30,000- so somethings going on…and it could cost both clubs a lot of money. Hopefully not.

There will be a ticket for every regular supporter. As many additional attendees should be welcomed. That first or rare attendance might just turn them into a regular supporter or season card holder to assist with our future. This year we almost went bust and continue to run at a loss.

It might well do. Today's part time supporter is tomorrow's season ticket holder, once hooked. However today's STH should get priority with tickets, like they did for Rochdale and FGR, even if it means some newbies lose out (which shouldn't happen anyway)

It don't make sense, there are still two stations open. West Ham, Arsenal and Totenham regularly tip 60,000 out to one main station after a game.

Well I’ve got my parking space booked at Wembley as bring elderly parents. Now wondering whether I’ll be able to get 4 tickets as I’m not a season ticket holder. Hopefully we aren’t looking at worst case scenario.

Everyone will get all the tickets they need. Just let the club sort it out as quickly as they can.

Moot argument because it wouldn’t have happened if there’d been the possibility of that in the first place. Seems clear they misunderstood the demand of this situation. They’d have certainly been more wary of shutting things down around a ‘major cup competition’ (and I deliberate put that in quotes as it’s absolutely ****ing major to us.)

I'm not sure if I am classed as a 'daytripper' or Tourist? I have been a supporter since my Dad first took me when I was 5 in 1968. Never a ST holder, but I have supported the team Home and away since then. I now live overseas and because of lack of transport options I have already shelled out close to €1000 in flights, trains and accommodation on the basis its Wembley and it will not sell out. Therefore i have a little bit more than a parking space at stake!
