Haven’t read all of the posts on here but didn’t this scheme raise around 800k ? Still don’t know what the money went towards but I even chipped in at £120 and still have the certificate that means not a lot.

That is what sold it for a lot of people coming not long after Man U and Chelski.

Of course, once the shares were sold it was quickly forgotten by the club - though having said that, it might have been nice to have actually won a cup match or two during that time to have actually been able to put the theory to the test

Contact the Trust - they will probably gladly take them off your hands and may know the process as well

Share issue was before the Man U and Chelsea games right? Pretty certain I used my shareholder status to obtain tickets for these games - worth the price imho

Agreed. If I recall correctly, the share issue was promoted as being for help in the purchase of players. It was clear that the shares had no voting value and in any event RM would continue to hold the controlling majority of shares. In effect, the share sales were a gift/donation to the Club.

They are yours. Don’t know what the procedures are for transferring them but I will pass the certificate on and someone can take it from there Kay. I will not be at any more games this season but will attend the memorabilia fair on the 16th most likely - we can sort it out then. Let me know if you need me to sign anything?
