No breakfast so I had a 4 egg omelette.I chucked tuna,tomatoes and onions and Mushrooms and chilli's with a little cheese.Was nice and filling

Absolutely spot on roast leg of pork lunch yesterday for Father's Day - with roast potatoes, carrots, cauliflower cheese, cabbage and stuffing, plus a really thick onion gravy.

Oh and some banging crackling!

Took of advantage of Harvesters £8 Chicken Tuesday.Chicken and Bacon stack with chips and cornbread etc.With salad cart was really good value

@Billy Bests boot laces you would be proud of me - picked up a pack of raw 6 tiger king prawns reduced down from £4 to £2 on the Morrisons reduced counter, and, when I opened them, found there were actually 7 in there as well! Sautéed them off in a little butter with some garlic with a bit of salad for my lunch - delicious!

2 freshly cooked smoked mackerel fillets from the Lowestoft fish van at Rayleigh market. Delicious and devoured with a couple of slices of bread and butter.

Habanero and mango marinated tofu cooked on the griddle along with fresh asparagus and pimento peppers with a serving of jalapeño hummus on the side.

A mini pizza which was meant to be four cheeses, Mostly tomato puree base which dripped all over my hand and was very hot. Disastrous. A bag of Quavers sort of saved the day.

Two cold sausages from yesterday, 1 small sausage roll, 3 sticks of celery with primula cheese,tomatoes and Branston pickle.

Went down the seafront and had lunch in Toulouse on Saturday for an early fathers day trip, never been there before and have to say that the seafood platter that I shared with my Mum was glorious. Followed it up with an ice cream from the Rossi Ice Cream parlour and a cocktail at the Oyster Creek Kitchen. Great day all in.
