Wimbledon goalie Shea ruled out tomorrow.
Has played in all 41 of their games so we're at least going be levelled up a bit in the dodgy keeper stakes !

Then again, all three of ours are struggling with injuries apparently.......

Excellent news. Let's hope their reserve keeper gives us a penalty:hilarious:

Don't get too excited. Ross Worner, their reserve, played in 45 of their matches last season and is therefore probably reasonably competent !

When I see the phrase 'Wimbledon goalie' I immediately think 'Dave Beasant'. See also...

Oxford goalie = Alan Judge
Coventry goalie = Steve Ogrizovic
Southend goalie = Bart

Man Utd = Peter Schmeichel.

England = Peter Shilton.
Arsenal = David Seaman.

Threads like this just bring back bad memories of that time we played Luton at Kenilworth Road and their keeper injured his arm so badly he could barely move it. No sub GK on bench in those days so he played on - and kept a clean sheet as we lost 1-0. Horrible.

It's not him, its Joe Mcdonnell a young lad making his first start.....sound familiar?

Remember that game, we barely had a shot all second half, on or off target! Beyond ugly....

Two goalkeepers with 3 professional games between them going into today and both keeping clean sheets, bet that doesn't happen often
