Don’t really care too much on team selection. As long as Kev don’t set us up negative and play crab football.
Think if we play Bridge we will be too predictable, I know he is probably the most talented player we have and score’s goals. But we need an alternative plan 😬

The only thing we can hope is we are now playing a better side off the back off 2 wins so hopefully may inject a bit life back in the side, we have generally played better against the better sides this season bar probably notts county away and I guess Barnet at home, would love another Barnet away day today to give everyone a lift more than anything

If the weather isanything like it is in suffolk It has been tipping it down since early hours this morning and it still is .

People moaning saying coz we was **** Friday we will get turned over today. It ain’t about performances at this point of the season. 3 points is 3 points and it would have done players wonders back to back wins. Il take playing awful today and grinding out another win . up the blues

I said the same on the post-Maidstone thread. Would rather play ugly boring footy and win than play impressive pretty footy and lose. We’ve done too much of that this season. This is the time to start grinding out results instead of playing teams off the pitch but getting f - all at the end.
If we can frustrate Woking heart says sneaky 1 nil win. Head meanwhile says they may have too much for us and we’ll lose.

No excuses today! Nothing other then a win against a pub side! We are southend united and we normally turn up in crucial games like this!
