Yes. It's north of Fossets Way. I think they got on site through the back where there are steel mesh fencing on the other side of the site. The flashy blue hoardings are only on the Fossets Way side and up Sutton Road.
I'm really rather excited. Can well understand why some fans are still a little dubious. I guess this will continue until and when or if we are watching from the new 4 sided stadium.
 
Guessing the hybrid pitches will be some kind of sand based 3G? Not too clued up on these types of surfaces to be honest.
Hybrid pitches are simply grass pitched reinforced with plastic strands. They started gaining popularity about 15 years ago, primarily, for enabling heavy use of shared-sport pitches over the course of a season (i.e. Football and Rugby at places like Doncaster).

Well would you look at that! I never thought a day like this would come but there are actually diggers on site!

I need to see Ron with a hard hat on, shovel in hand and breaking ground. That is the money shot!
