4th October 1989 3-2 v Spurs - we were so unlucky not to knock them out.
I'd go for the Norwich game at home during our Championship season. A great late comeback to snatch a 3-3 draw. Probably still my most entertaining match at the Hall.
Bob Evans to name just one! RIP mateStanding in The North Bank with all my old mates who are no longer with us .
That was one of the best games of football I have ever seen. Also loved the 3-2 at home to Hartlepool around the same era (From memory?)F.A Cup 2nd rd home to Northampton, Dec 86 ( 4-4 ). For sheer excitement from start to finish, end to end football, this was the game.

misremembered, I definitely thought that something different was imminent, I am guessing penalties then.We had extra time.. Spurs just killed the game not much happened.
