Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who spent time to post their ratings using the system. I'm sure many posted in anger after many of the poor results/performances, but it is all of you who made it possible to keep this going.

If anyone has any ideas on how to improve it or make it easier to post ratings after games, then feel free to post here or PM me.

Onto the results...
(note, players must have played 1,000 minutes to be considered)

Player of the Season: John White (6.32)
After missing the first 11 games, he came back into the side to become a regular in a solid defence. Much needed experience and reliability after a horrible pre-season and start to the season.

Out of those who played at least 1,000 minutes, Olayinka was second (6.13), Oxley came in third (6.07), Clifford fourth (6.04), with Akinola finishing off the top 5 (5.92). Special mentions to Montgomery who did well during a 4 game stint and McCormack who got a decent 6.14 but missed the top 5 due to lack of minutes.

Academy Player of the Season: Tom Clifford (6.04)
Finished the season as the joint top goalscorer and showed his ability at set-pieces to be able to score and create chances.

Honourable mentions to Seaden (5.79 from 3 games), Rush (5.67 from 8 games), and Egbri (5.61 from 30 games).

Wooden Spoon award: Brandon Goodship (4.40)
Came from non-league after scoring tons of goals, but finished the season with a mere two. Barely featured in the last half of the season and his last start came in the diabolical defeat to Colchester United.

Dishonourable mentions go to Sterling (3.9) who was below to minute threshold. Also to Halford (5.1) and Richard Taylor (4.8) who were also below the threshold.

Best Performance of the Season: Nathan Ferguson vs Forest Green (8.81)
In a 3-1 win against a side near the top of the table, who else was going to get it other than the player who won the ball on the half-way line to prevent a counter-attack and then hammer it in from 40 yards. This game was also the team's overall best performance of the season.

Honourable mentions go to Oxley vs Walsall (8.44) and Hobson vs Forest Green (8.41).

Worst Performance of the Season: Brandon Goodship vs Colchester United (2.12)
No surprises with this one. In the team's worst performance of the season, there had to be someone who was at the bottom of the pile.

Dishonourable mentions go to Sterling vs Salford (2.42) and Acquah vs Boreham Wood (2.46).

Team of the Season
Based on how they played in that position, this is how our best team looks.

Note: must have played at least 800 minutes in that position and sub appearances less than 10 minutes were ignored.

GK: Mark Oxley (6.07).
As the only goalkeeper to play the required minutes, he easily makes it in.

RB: Elvis Bwomono (5.57).
Again as the only player to play over 1,000 minutes in this position, he makes it in. However, Hobson and Demetriou did do better overall.

LB: Tom Clifford (6.04).
Best player in this position, he was better than Sam Hart (5.64) and deserves his spot.

CB: John White (6.32).
Player of the Season commands the first central defender spot and deservedly so.

CB: Shaun Hobson (5.95).
Narrowly edges out Dieng for the final defensive spot. After a tough start, he really came into his own during December with some good performances.

CM: Alan McCormack (6.14).
While only completing 978 minutes as a CM, he was the best performing central midfielder. Injuries preventing him playing more minutes, but he was a fan favourite in this position. However, Olayinka could have taken his spot but was used as a RM and LM as well.

CM: Kyle Taylor (5.88).
Came in and did well. One goal, one assist and one yellow card in a disrupted season.

CM: Timothee Dieng (5.87).
Nudging out Ferguson for the final central midfielder spot, while comfortable outperforming Demetriou. Dieng was used as a CB, CM, and ST while performing admirably in all positions.

RW: Terrell Egbri (5.64).
As the only player to play over 1,000 minutes in this position, Egbri makes this spot his own. However, Hackett-Fairchild and Nathaniel-George were below him in ratings for this position and the only player to potentially change for this spot was Olayinka, with a reasonable 6.12.

LW: Ashley Nathaniel-George (5.60).
Again, the only player to achieve over 1,000 minutes in this position. Was better than Hackett-Fairchild, Holmes, Sterling, and Goodship in this position. Olayinka (5.96) performed well here and Akinola (6.49) as well.

ST: Simeon Akinola (5.65).
As one of only three players who played at least 1,000 minutes in this position, he outperformed Acquah (5.27) and Goodship (4.43) quite comfortably to take the title of "Best Striker". Honourable mention to Matt Rush, who obtained a 5.67 after his end of season form, but only completed 517 minutes. Here's hoping Rush carried on from where he left off.

Excellent work Chapperz, Table is great and very interesting finale

I saw Hobson as voted for as player of the year in the echo, and whilst I rate him strongly and he did very well, the figures from our voting practically every game dont lie and White was well clear and Hobbo was up there but not as consistent as White, I note there are still one or two on here who bizarrely dont rate White despite him regularly viewed by the majority of raters as outstanding performance wise, knocking off man of the match regularly, or second best on our side , A great record, so well done our superb Skipper
