Overall Payne has had a decent season. Broken into the 1st team, started over 10 games I believe, earning himself a contract extension. He's also done pretty well but I think he's a player who's better starting as he never seems to be able to catch up when he comes off the bench.

I think next season will be better for him as he's lost his place now and can't see him getting it back this season. He should be proud of himself for what he's done and prepare for next season now.
 
Why the hell, on the 'Match report and ratings' thread, are we discussing a player who wasn't even on the pitch. :dim:
 
Payne hasn't been creative enough in home matches for us to build the formation around him playing in the front of a diamond
 
For anyone who didn't attend but like to compile negative stats , Jake Cassidy failed to score again.
For those who did attend and understand a bit about what makes a 'team'. , I'm sure you will agree with me in stating that he had another fine game today , leading the line and holding the ball up.
Well done young man and really hope you break your duck soon .
