On that basis, Justin Edinburgh should be next out the door then, as the Gillingham chairman has openly backed him in the media, despite them winning only 5 from their last 25 league games & getting knocked out of the FA Cup last night by Non - League Brackley Town.

Mind you our's is not much better, and Phil has survived (for now)
