With modest funding, I could have single-handedly delivered us a functional new stadium / redeveloped Roots Hall in the 8 years that Ron has been ****ing about trying to keep his pipe dream alive.
If Ron didn't have such a life-defining vested interest in realising the FF masterplan, then we could have sourced investment from various local parties who currently won't even consider dealing with Ron.
