Should the goal music be changed when we score

Get rid of it completely, no music, just 5000 fans singing and cheering when the mighty shrimpers score. The speakers are so **** at the Hall that any song will sound crap anyway.......

That would work if 4600 other fans bothered to make a noise

Can the poll be changed to include 'no music'. that gets my vote as well

The people who are voting no, explain yourself now !

As far as i'm aware, its a unique goal music to our club. It may not be the best, but the problem with threads like this is that you get people saying... "lets have xyz song, as i heard to at abc's ground and it sounded really good".

I agree.
Unless someone has a 'unique' alternative to what we have , then leave it alone.

Indeed and if we changed it then ran the poll again you would still get loads of people saying yes change it as whatever song is played a lot of people would want something else.

I dont understand why people want no music ?

When a goal is scored you get a roar from the crowd which will happen music or not. The music exends the celebration which would die off a lot quicker otherwise.

I cant see the benefit of having shorter celebrations ?

Why would anyone want to sing 'Hey Baby I wanna know if you'll be my girl' when their team scores? Or am I missing something - or got the words wrong?

Get rid of it entirely.

Goal music's basically everything that's wrong with this post-Tim Lovejoy era of football fandom we're currently in.

This.

Its just easy to clap along to and do the ooh aah bit. Cant stand the song myself, but it does keep the celebration going.

I like the suggestions if "Just can't get enough" & "One Step Beyond", but as alternatives, what about

"Boom Boom Boom" by The OutHere Brothers
"Boom Boom Boom, Lemme here you say Way-Oh. (Crowd chants 'Way-Oh')
I said; Boom Boom Boom, Lemme here you say Way-Oh. (Crowd chants 'Way-Oh')"

Or "Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer...can be a little message to the opposition goalkeeper.
