Breaking News Dagenham at Home Postponed - was Saturday 12 March

We are pretty good at the moment under the lights. Yeovil, Kings Lynn, Bromley, Barnet all wins under lights.

If Notts County win the next round then that game will also be moved

In fact all of our home league wins (Eastleigh and Dover being the other two), have been evening games.

IIRC we had just 3 regular 3pm Saturday home kick offs before Christmas this season and it now seems we will only have 3 this 2nd half of the season as well.
Appalling for season ticket holders, and others who City work etc, and pretty difficult for hospitality bookings.
When fixtures came out I thought they were very poor but with covid and cup interruptions they are considerably worse.

It's a good thing we have a large and motivated fanbase. I dread to think what this kind of treatment would do to a smaller club's finances.

Tuesdays are a rush for me and I normally miss 15-20 mins. I may as well bin my two young childrens STs too. The FA Trophy being on Saturdays seems a bit odd

I wouldn't read too much into that considering on what days the home fixtures have recently fallen and the contemporary uptick in form.

Hmmm, Wrexham 3 Boreham Wood 0, I suspect the Wood Army were not that fussed about the Trophy either. I wonder if we could squeeze them in on one of our open Saturdays now?

They have scheduled home league games against Chesterfield and Woking on them dates. Both teams no longer in FA Trophy, so will not happen unfortunately
