So he’s splitting the football club from the stadium.

**** off Ron, please just **** off. Let us have a clean break!
this was always the plan.

He's a property developer first, owner second.

Ron / Martin Family will probably be landlords to the Stadium, the surrounding shops, restaurants and other things built + the flats.... alongside all that is built upon Roots Hall.

The ' Club' would make it's money still by being a 7 day a week venue, with the footfall around the stadium etc - I'd imagine further down the field that Fossettes would host music events etc. but we are still a long way from that.

But who would see the revenue? We would pay per season to rent the stadium and then we retain all revenue? This is the bit that concerns me.

Unfortunately, those queuing to buy the club (if there was a queue) were in it for the development opportunites I suspect. Not a football club alone 😕
Oh I see...it was never made clear all these people, consortiums etc. never actaully wanted the club at all. Just one property developer replacing another....Thats unfortunate.

If you are going to sell you are going to run a process to find thb best possible buyer- not just have a contest between those you know or come knocking at your door. This process will I am sure get the best value for the club (lets just hope also someone we want also- we dont get a say)

Totally underwhelmed that. Ok he is going one day thats about it ..the rest is just the usual stuff he puts out to quell the masses.
I won't be happy until the day he actually does one. I'd also like to think that the conditions of selling the football club would grant us the possibility of purchasing the new stadium, training ground and soccerdome to make them SUFC assets in the future.

hey Kacper .....

here is your really SMART agent

i dont think these guys will take his call ...

a different league cos they know what this club is worth ..

Fossetts won’t be allowed pop concerts with the amount of flats built into the stadium
