Do Our Management Team, Know Something We Don't?

Kevin did say he is in contact with Tom on a dayly bases .So its my guess Tom may have told him to ssit tight As new owners are not to far from being at the club .You say your suprised that kevin and his team are still hear .Well i am suprised Tom is still around .That maybe good news as well that he knows something we dont know YET

Think they've been paid throughout, may have been a couple of days late a few times but they have been paid. Of course, King Kev will be reuniting with former boss Steve Tilson on Sunday at #A Match for James so it will be interesting to see if anything gets let slip .

I’m sure they have been told something about the new buyer and going by past pictures they do socialise outside of football with Stan collymore & he’s sure to know what’s going on with in the club

I imagine kev in particular is incredibly excited about potentially managing a club he cares for without ron martin in charge.

Him and the other two have done most of the hard work already in terms of changing the ethos of what was a perpetually losing team.

The shackles will be off with a new owner and optimism will abound.
I truly Hope you are correct and change is about to happen! COYB, UTB

They're at the start of their managerial careers and I think their patience and ability to work under extreme pressure and constraints paints them in a good light. So I think it makes good sense for them to continue here, unless something really tempting does come up. I think the reason why they are doing a great job is in some part due to the relationship they have with the club, the long-standing staff, and obviously the fans. They will recognise that as well and will have seen many former colleagues, friends and managers move to another club where they think the grass is greener and it not work out.

Ultimately, I think they feel they have unfinished business here and if a new ownership is to come in then they would have the ambition and clearly have the ability to build a promotion-challenging squad in the future.

the last thing the club wants is to loose our management setup so i guess if things are moving forward the 3 amigos would be kept up to date .
I hope not, they do seem a very tight knit team.

Joking aside, it would make sense to ensure they're involved even if they don't have the final say since it is the new owners that will set their budget and who they will be answerable to. However, if they are involved then they would also have to sign an NDA so we won't necessarily get much out of them.

Am I truly the only person on here who thinks that loosing 7 games in a row isn't a sackable offence?
Under normal circumstances, perhaps.

However our management team have had to deal with some of the following (and more):
An embargo since September.
Inadequate equipment (No GPS vests etc).
A crap pitch (One of the worst in the league).
Worries around wages/general club concerns.
Poor support for injured players.
Ron.
