Well the priority ticket status hasn't been formally removed so that should be there. Are there any shareholder rights these days?
I think COSU have put in more than £40 for a coach.Well the priority ticket status hasn't been formally removed so that should be there.
There hasn't been an AGM for ages and I haven't received a copy of the accounts for a while.
So in theory yes, but in practice it appears not.
I wonder how COSU members who aren't season ticket holders or board members of SUFC are getting their tickets
Not right to lash out at STHs. It's always been the deal at SUFC for decades that a season ticket guarantees you for times like this. Suggesting that we will all sort out West Ham fans and day trippers above actual fans is poor. I will not get a ticket for any friend/family who doesn't go to SUFC.Gonna end up with more day trippers than southend fans there. If a season ticket holder each gets the maximum 4 tickets and 3 support some **** like West Ham then there will only be around 5000 max proper fans in the 19000. Fans missing out could have potentially been to 30 odd games this season home and away but will miss out. What a terrible situation all round.
Operators smell blood and like sharks go in for the kill at a price where they will make a decent amount from it.Does anyone know why the clubs coaches ate so expensive compared to the Trust?
I expected a fiver or so but not 15.
I wonder whether Admins would permit us to start a spare ticket thread where the second person adds their name to the list and so on. I can see that causing trouble with people posting simultaneously but I’d be happy to administer it (and be top of the list). Perhaps let’s see where we are after close of play tomorrow. There may be developments and we’ll know how many seasos were snapped up before open sale.I've already shelled out for non-refundable train tickets from my home in Lincolnshire. There are others on this forum who have booked flights from other countries to attend this match and now we all risk not getting a match ticket. It's odds-on that the rush for the likes of us who can only purchase online will crash the club's computer system at midday tomorrow. I've supported this club since 1966 and now, in my old age, risk missing what may well be my last chance to see my team in a Wembley final. Gutted!
Yeah I did feel a bit of a **** writing that but I guess the point is shareholders are supposed to be pari pasu with each otherI think COSU have put in more than £40 for a coach.
been quoted £330 pp in an email reply from Wembley which I will turn down when I calm down.Oldham hospitality is priced at £199, whereas ours is £249. Do we eat and drink more than Northerners?
Yes - although there maybe a limit on total allocation of around 26.5k. Not clear at the moment. Oldham seemed to have stated 17.5k plus upto 9k on coachesSorry if it’s a stupid question but not sure I fully understand re coach travel etc. Are they saying we get 17,500, but that will be increased by the number of coach travel places we can evidence? So if we book coaches for another 17,500, our allocation increases to 35,000?
Almost. The bonus coach allocation is capped at 9,000Sorry if it’s a stupid question but not sure I fully understand re coach travel etc. Are they saying we get 17,500, but that will be increased by the number of coach travel places we can evidence? I can’t rely on trains from Devon. I’ll drive to the Chiltern Line and get in from there. Assuming tickets are available of course. Not as far as others, but trains from dorset booked already. Holding out hope for Sunday![]()

Thanks both. Annoyingly we’ve paid for Wembley parking already, but seems like that’s not being taken into consideration.Almost. The bonus coach allocation is capped at 9,000
Correct, however I don’t think that 350 coaches is actually possible! Also there will be nowhere for half of them to park. It’s an utter clusterf**kSorry if it’s a stupid question but not sure I fully understand re coach travel etc. Are they saying we get 17,500, but that will be increased by the number of coach travel places we can evidence? There's been no comps for away games or cup games in the NL. I doubt there will be any for this game other than for the likes of stan by direct invite.I wonder if our allocation also counts comp tickets? I presume all staff members of the club will get a ticket plus friends and family of coaches and players. There’s probably a whole load more who are ‘entitled’ to comp tickets too
Good letter.
I guess wembley can see that - so they may have taken sold out car parking into consideration when setting numbers. Thanks both. Annoyingly we’ve paid for Wembley parking already, but seems like that’s not being taken into consideration.
