im in but It wont allow me to book concessions in middle tier unless i go for the coach package

Agree, very disappointing about the allocations and really hope it gets resolved during the next few days.

However, on topic. Tickets sorted online, and it was a breeze. So much better than previously, and no hours long queuing up in the car park! It took a littel while to get in (I was waiting for the traps to open from 11.30) and I got them secured and paid for by 12.15.

At least there are designated blocks for TBV and safe standing, which is good. I have ended up in the family block as elderly parents and a young niece with us. Not my first choice, but it may be the last chance my Dad gets to go to Wembley at 82!

I had to wait 15 minutes to get through but is was quite straight forward, even for an idiot like me.
Tickets to be e-mailed out on Thursday, which again suits me as I do like a paper copy in my grubby little hand.

You sorted. It was coz Cloudflare was blocking it so you had a queue then get in and reset

Absolutely. Anyone caught doing it should be called out immediately and dealt with by the club. You can’t **** on your fellow fans like that who have already been **** on.

I agree. The other problem is giving seaso's a max 4 x tickets each. 1 regular supporter and 3 x daytrippers ? I'd rather it was 1-2 so that the regular fans that aren't seaso's (that follow us home and away) have an opportunity when they go on general sale

I think it is fair enough. They are the ones that commit up front.

They are though. In blocks 206-210 you can select adult and concessions £75 and £58. If you don't want the coach option you go the opposite corner to 225-222 but they are adults only, just doesn't make sense to me.

I understand the lottery ahead, but I do understand that the STH should have first dibs.
My son will try to get tickets when the free for all gates open. I’m not holding my breath as I’m sure demand going to exceed what tickets are available.

End of the day we can argue till the cows come home who goes home, away or does both but we are all Southend United and this issue should not of happened so that there would be enough tickets for us all.

That ticket booking website is a shocker isn’t it. Got my 4 tickets (for 4 ST holders). Fingers crossed for some more to come for the other 10-15k

There was a drop down menu asking you how many tickets you want to purchase. Importantly, as long as your account has ‘family and friends’ accounts attached you can buy up to a max of 4 per season card number all seated together. If you have that you may be able to re-enter the site and buy tickets for the others in your group albeit seated separately from your previous successful purchase. Your new purchases will however have to be assigned to accounts not already used. Hope this helps.

Exactly ! People would have booked flights, accomodation etc thinking that it'll be a doddle getting tickets in a 90,000 seater stadium
