Wembley tickets

Did people really qué at roots hall for hours on end? Mind blowing if you ask me when it was so easy online
Have some respect, not everyone is online, or even wants to be, others may be queuing to get seats together, please don't call those who choose to queue for tickets in person "mindblowing." - they have their reasons and we all get older eventually - life is not always that straightforward. The Club opened the ticket office for a reason.

I went down this morning around 11:15 with a mate and joined the queue just in case there were issues with online ticketing. We ended up grabbing the tickets on our phones so were all sorted about an hour later....but...my brother had major problems trying to get the 8 tickets available on his and my niece's season ticket (and yep he had it added to the Friends and Family section). So he came down and joined me and whilst it took untiil close to 4PM before we got to the front of the queue, the very efficient young chap managed to sort out his 8 tickets and have us on our way in less than 5 minutes so happy with that.

He didn't mind waiting to be fair as it got him out of some home DIY ;)

First it is clear there must be resignations @vanaramaNL including board members. I understand the CEO at Oldham is on the board he should resign and assume will be sacked by Oldham.

So the @vanaramaNL and the Oldham board member have known about this for months!!!!!!!!!! I am speechless- I assume Oldham will be making a statement re Darren Royle.

The question remains when did @vanaramaNL know about this and that will no doubt add to the guilty list…

Well Mark Ives resigned in mid April - I guess he got out just in time — of course he used to work for the FA for 20 years so was never going to have the final anywhere other than Wembley. Not a clue who is in charge at the moment - probably no one.

What load of crap. If this was the Premier league they would make sacrifices and allow full allocation. Unfortunately for us and oldham we are classed as no hope pub teams by the so called higher power. I'm tempted to boycott it but Unfortunately my love for Southend will probably drive me on to secure a ticket.

If there's ever a time to be motivated to win here it is!

Well the board have known for months including the Oldham CEO- really is incompetence beyond comprehension. Allegedly Oldham fans are being led to believe this came as a shock- really!!??

As we made the decision not to go the final I've been swerving this thread, but some of it is horrific. Good luck to all those yet to get a ticket, I really hope that some sort of sanity will prevail and tickets will be plentiful enough for everyone that wants to go, to do so. Yeah, I'm jealous, and then some.

Why aren’t you going?

Are you able to get tickets and pass them on to others who might struggle to get them ?

Confirmed in this thread that the National League have been aware of the capacity cap for months. If anyone had any doubts about who is to blame, this proves the blame lies solely with the National League and the incompetent ****s that run it.
Let's let them know our feelings when one of their w*****s meets the teams before kick off

This whole charade is disgraceful. Don't agree with the club letting season ticket holders having 4 tickets. Should have been 2 Max. There are many loyal fans all around the country. I have loved this club for 53 years and still go to many away games with my 89 year old Dad, who was watching them pre-Roots hall days. People who don't live close and are genuine fans are being punished for not living in Essex. I can bet that many for those 4 tickets per season ticket holders are going to people who want a day out at Wembley and not bothered whether we win or not. I love this club and always will but this is leaving a very bitter taste in my mouth indeed. I don't believe the club has handled the situation very well. This would have probably have been my Dads last ever Southend game. Also I have got the car park at Wembley booked. Are the club going to reimburse everyone who can't go. I don't think so. I am not sure I want them to win now as its looking like we won't be there. I do not want to hear where everyone will be sitting. Its just winding everyone up, please stop.
You love the club but then say you don’t care whether we win or not …. Blimey
I get you are disappointed that you may not be able to go but take it out on the NL not on the players and fans that will be inside the ground. Anyone wishing on us not to win is not a fan
