Wembley tickets

Never had a problem with season ticket holders being priority, rightly so they should be allowed 4 tickets, not their fault we have been had over, all this i attended this many games and that is doing my nut in, who cares how many games people have been too, fans who want to go on the day are all supporting Southend, we are alot of fans 2nd team and I don't have an issue with that, me myself have followed Southend since 1983 but who cares, them fans that people call daytrippers are most fans that have followed Southend for years but maybe don't have the money to go to many games or work commitments.
Most my family are Hammers but they love Southend just as much.
I take my hat off to those that go to most away games and I think they should be 2nd priority, say more than 10 throughout the season.
Anyway good luck to anyone today, I'm sure there will be more tickets available after these have gone.

We ain’t stupid
We are a far bigger club in reality fan base and history, one of the founding clubs when the prem was created, a town surrounded by loads of clubs in a very close proximity, United, city, Burnley, Blackburn, bury, Stockport, Huddersfield, etc etc yet you have no clubs in close proximity to your club yet our fan base over the years is bigger.I don’t remember you ever being in the top tier of English football ever, you are being disrespectful and uneducated on comparing our clubs
Oldham fans are now arguing with each other on Southend forum

The amount of slander of season ticket holders on here is LAUGHABLE, they always do. Always will get the priority. I could have had 12 tickets yesterday, had multiple messages from friends asking for them and said no as I'd rather them go back into the pot for other fans to grab. But I'm now seriously debating just using my allocation that has been provided because guess what.. I paid 400 pounds at the start of the season for a season ticket. We was 15th at one point and attendances dropped.. yet season ticket fans continued to go... Good luck to all today that are trying. The attendance surely will be increased but to slander season ticket holders is purely a joke

I am thinking that by time I get to buy tickets I might have to buy the coach and ticket package.

Does anyone know if you have to travel on the coach? or can I just make my own way to Wembley?

How can you justify season ticket holders being allowed 4 tickets. That means about 4.5k supporters can wipe out the total allocation of 17.5k. Totally selfish.

Understanding that this is not the Club's fault, I am aggrieved that Season Ticket Holders can purchase up to 4 tickets, meaning they have the ability to wipe out almost the entire the allocation. I am restricted to access Roots Hall every week because I live near Milton Keynes. I have attended 5 home games, 12 away games ( including the aborted episode at AFC Fylde). I fall within the tickets for general sale category and it appears I have zero chance, like many others, of getting to Wembley.
Firstly, the tickets haven't been wiped out. I, and a few others, have all been helpful in posting updates of the availability of the tickets left. There are plenty left.

Secondly, most cup final games never even make it past a priority window. There are more than enough tickets that have made it to general sale, so we should think ourselves lucky.

Also, it's made perfectly clear every season when buying a season ticket that as a perk for parting with a lot of money upfront and injecting that money into the club when the club needs it most, you get priority on cup tickets.

Yes, the ability to get 4 may seem a lot, but plenty of fans have said they've only bought a few. I've got 3 season tickets liked to my account, so I could have purchased 12 tickets for the final. I only purchased 6, which means 6 will go to general sale. I've not wiped out anything and neither have a lot of season ticket holders.

Couldn’t agree more. As a Season ticket holder of 30 years I’ve seen it all, the good times and the bad, god knows the good times have been thin on the ground but we keep renewing and keep coming back without hesitation or question so when the rare day in the sun comes along it is right that we each get the opportunity to share that day with three others of our choosing. Season tickets are the life blood of the club and anyone who would begrudge them first dibs at four tickets need to look at themselves. I fully expect those non ST holders to each buy their allowed 4 tickets today the hypocrisy of which would not be wasted on me!!

Exactly. This is on Southend United, they knew there would be a shortage if tickets and just said **** you to everone else, season ticket holders can buy 4 each. Thats not fair in the slightest. 2 max. ****ers.

Can’t TfL use the many buses that will be idle on a Sunday to transport many Southend fans from say Upminster or another similar station on the Southend Vic line to Wembley as a bus replacement service. Cordon off part of adjacent car parks for pick up and drop off.

After all it is a problem caused by TfL engineering works? 100 x 50/72 capacity buses is 5000- 7000 fans. Uncomfortable yes but not impossible.

It would be seen nationally and internationally as London having flexibility and adapting where needed at short notice. I’m sure other cities would bend over backwards to help.

How’s it selfish 🤣🤣 you buy a season card for benefits like this and I doubt it was the club choice . Oldham are also doing 4 per season ticket . Isn’t the fans fault that the allocation has been capped . People are allowed to take whoever they want whether others like it or not

Its not about this. The national league dont want to open the top tier. They want to limit the tickets due to this reason. They never imgined 2 well supported teams would get to the final.
