Wembley tickets

How can you justify season ticket holders being allowed 4 tickets. That means about 4.5k supporters can wipe out the total allocation of 17.5k. Totally selfish.
Season ticket holders have always been a priority when it comes to tickets. You have be stupid not to know this.

I tell you what pal. I brought 3 season tickets this season. £1200 of my hard earned cash on a punt. Considering we nearly went bust.

You know what, a tip for next season buy a season ticket!!

How many tickets are you planning to buy today?

Btw, I didn't buy my full allocation of 12. I brought 11.

Up the blues!

Life isn't fair sometimes. Unfortunately society seems unable to handle that reality these days.

I couldn't go to Rochdale as I bust my ankle so then couldn't go to FGR due to the limitations. Disappointed but **** happens. As a season ticket holder I bought 8 tickets yesterday and made sure all 8 found deserving homes by bed time.

People need to do better but it's easier to whinge.

Can’t TfL use the many buses that will be idle on a Sunday to transport many Southend fans from say Upminster or another similar station on the Southend Vic line to Wembley as a bus replacement service. Cordon off part of adjacent car parks for pick up and drop off.

After all it is a problem caused by TfL engineering works? 100 x 50/72 capacity buses is 5000- 7000 fans. Uncomfortable yes but not impossible.

It would be seen nationally and internationally as London having flexibility and adapting where needed at short notice. I’m sure other cities would bend over backwards to help.
Who in their right mind would get on a tfl bus from Upminster or Shenfield to Wembley when you can get the train still quite easily. They'd put on all these buses and a handful would actually use it. Waste of time

Just try your login on the ticket site now whilst there is no queue.

If trying for 4 tickets together I wouldn't try the yellow sections go straight to the green ones.
Also if you don't want ticket and coach travel, then ignore blocks 206 - 210

Once you get in don't hang around too long to make your choices.... but as soon as you get tickets in your basket the tickets should be yours, as long as payment goes through OK.

Perhaps next season's season ticket holders could wear some sort of identifying symbol on their clothes when attending games. Then, all the non-season ticket holders can publicly abuse them as selfish bastards in advance of this sort of situation arising again in the future.
I don't think the majority of fans have any issue with the STH's, it's the decision to give them 3 spares. Saying that, if they had a family of 4, I suppose they've want to take the whole family. It'll be the STH's that take their full allocation and selling the spares for a profit that will annoy people

A further warning even in some of the yellow blocks you can't get 2 seats together. Just tried block 111.
Will try the other blocks now. This could save people time.
Block 112 you can still get 2 seats together
Block 110 you can get 2 together, but these are 2nd row. So it won't be many left.

My advice is to go straight to the green sections..... 105, 107, 114, 115, 116, 118

Double standards in the extreme

In all fairness - and I'm not just saying this because I'm as much a swiftie as a shrimper (someone here has to be) - Wembley Park vs Wembley Stadium station is a world of difference. Wembley Park has two tube lines each with high capacity trains every few minutes, Wembley Stadium has a handful of short diesel Chiltern trains that make an additional stop on matchdays. And crucially, Wembley Park can handle an enormous capacity of waiting fans because they can queue all along Wembley Way and be held back in batches by police to ensure everyone enters the station safely. Wembley Stadium is, by contrast, tiny, with no room for queuing fans and just a small staircase down to the platform.

I don't think we gain anything by pretending they're the same. It's a very different, and very challenging, policing operation to ensure everyone exits the stadium safely if Wembley Park (and crucially therefore Wembley Way) are not in use, and huge crowds are piling into stations that aren't built for them. The problem is that the response of the police/council/stadium has been to give up, rather than put the work into figuring out how to make that operation work. And why would they, the league told them it wouldn't be necessary. That's why we need to make them pull their finger out.

There must be a plan for if there’s a problem and it means that Wembley Park has to close at short notice on FA cup final day because you know that wouldn’t be sorry only 35,000 can turn up now
So why can’t they put that into action now
