Wembley tickets

‘Coach package’ is no use to me. I’ll be in Central London Sunday morning. What am I supposed to do, get a train to Southend so I can board a coach back to London..???
Snap........me to, it's ridiculous
I am thinking that by time I get to buy tickets I might have to buy the coach and ticket package.

Does anyone know if you have to travel on the coach? or can I just make my own way to Wembley?
I would like to know the answer to this question as well please?

I don't know - but the match tickets are supposed to be emailed out on Thursday - which suggests it will be do'able.

Unless they're going to print out and hand out tickets on the coaches I can't see how they can make getting on the coach compulsory - and certainly not on the way back.

How can you justify season ticket holders being allowed 4 tickets. That means about 4.5k supporters can wipe out the total allocation of 17.5k. Totally selfish.
I never take things personally on here, as we are all entitled to opinions and emotions are obviously running high regarding this final.

However, I've taken exception to this! How dare you label any season ticket holder selfish! Myself and many others pumped money directly into the club when we didn't even know if the club would survive. That was a huge risk, especially when money is tight for many. In fact, we were a big reason why it did survive. Without upfront capital being pumped into the club in the off-season, it would have died.

Not just this season, but last season too. Myself and many others had to pay cash or bank transfer to Ron Martin for a season ticket! Who in their right mind would do that?! But we did it (rather stupidly) because of how much the club meant/means to us.

If you think season ticket holders can be labelled selfish after all that, that's pitiful and really disrespectful.

I do get the thinking that 4 tickets are too much but lots of season ticket holders have families/kids and close mates who are Shrimpers but not ST holders. Plus, have tickets sold out yet? No!! I hope all these people are in the queue and when they get tickets might apologise for stuff that’s been said. You’re taking it out on the wrong people. As said ST holders have paid a lot of cash up front to help the club. We’re not the villains.

It’s a festival of incompetence on a biblical scale. They could open extra blocks even without increasing the allocation- so people can sit together? Hopefully the club can see the situation in individual blocks and will soon be screaming at @TheVananaraNL Wembley and the other players in this farce. Got to be proactive- no point waiting until the inevitable sell out and outrage, once it’s clear it’s going to happen start making a lot of noise. Step 1 I suggest the club gets an extra block or two open even without increasing the allocation IF it’s looking difficult for groups of 2-4 to get seats together.

Me for example ,I’m a season card holder and go with my old man to games but unfortunately he is on holiday which I’m absolutely gutted about so have used my tickets to take my sisters who used to go years ago. If I can’t spend the special day with the guy who took me to my 1st game at 18 months old . Then taking other family to experience it with was the next best thing

Southend's hospitality prices, £249.

Oldham's hospitality prices, £199.

Interesting that there's a difference... (Not that most of us will be buying it)
Oldham have sold out all hospitality and you can’t get them directly via Wembley. How can the prices be different for each team for the same thing, are SUFC reselling them and taking a 25% cut instead of face value? That’s really poor form if so..

I think the coach question is important as it either means you have to make logistical plans to get to Southend or it’s just a more expensive ticket. I have to say I actually thought the price of £35/£40 was very reasonable and spending £75 on a coach ticket for a big event is like going to a London show or getting a prem league ticket (but I realise that not everyone has the ability to afford it). It’s just as well bearing in mind how much I’ve had to spend writing off holiday flights and booking new ones.

As a ST Holder I’m lucky to have got my tickets but I also spent years before having one knowing that if we drew Liverpool at home I wouldn’t get one. It’s the risk you take.

Its not about this. The national league dont want to open the top tier. They want to limit the tickets due to this reason. They never imgined 2 well supported teams would get to the final.
This is my reading of the information we have so far. The NL have only paid to use part of the stadium not the middle / upper tiers …the tfl works are just a smoke screen

Coach and match ticket deal for an Adult works out at £83. No idea why there is a £3 service charge for these tickets but not other ones?

You are supporting Club policy of allowing Season Ticket Holders to purchase up to 4 Wembley tickets. Forgetting 'actuals' for one moment, this policy would allow the Club Season Ticket Holders to purchase virtually all the Wembley allocation. If you think that is fair, well I am sorry you are selfish.

Yep, it already has. A friend's son's football team were hoping to come as a whole squad but that won't happen now. Kids grassroots football team and they can't secure tickets to see their local team play in their biggest game in a decade. Potential lifetime fans for the club too. It's utterly infuriating!
Just get a few people to log on at about 12 and sit in the queue for about an hour and each grab 4 tickets. Job done.

Or use the coach option and get the ticket thrown in.

I’m guessing won’t be able to get 4 seats together in any of the yellow blocks?
I think you should be ok. You only select the block. The system will then ensure there are no gaps and select the next available 4 tickets.
I only need 1
I'd imagine if you only need the one your in a better position and can probably select a yellow section. Any individual seats won't be taken up by those wanting 2 or more

Well the club have just said:

Tickets will be continued to be limited to four per booking. If you are looking for more than two tickets together, the Blocks 105 (Category 1), 115 (Category 2), and 118 (Category 1) have the most availability

Boo to all those 'selfish' folk that purchase 4 today!

The club can't say can they - the club can't say please just buy the £80 coach and match day ticket package and not turn up for the coaches!.

My question - if I buy a coach and match day ticket package and later in the week then necessity for coaches disappears for some reason - can I cancel the coach and get a refund?

I'm on this thread for ticket news. Looks like I probably won't get a ticket, but that doesn't mean I'm going to start insulting season ticket holders. Nor can I see why those who do have tickets should start insulting those who haven't. Why does our society have to be so polarised? It's tedious.
