The Avro Vulcan XL426 landed at Southend Airport to retire and has been kept going by the excellent efforts of the Vulcan Restoration Trust and all its members with donations.
Not that exciting a post but for those interested in aviation and war history will know that the Avro Vulcan was a massive part of the RAF's history and its historic efforts in the Faulklands will be remembered and talked about for years.
