How disappointing for him; we often overlook things like this as fans.Lets hope his career will get back on track and have some consistency as he urgently needs that now!

I noted you couldn't bring yourself in the after match thread to comment about the game which you normally do would that be because you might have had to say how much better Grant and Sawyer did when they come on ......as you never compliment Sawyer do you.?

As I wasn't there, did not listen to any commentary or even know the score until it was texted through at the end, I was in no position to comment so I didn't!

Youth teamer owned by OBL!!

I think given Sturrock's comments on transfer activity, that Sawyer could be on his way. It wouldn't surprise me if Grant and Blair joined him.

Hall wants to pack Boxing Day punch

RYAN Hall is aiming to show Aldershot Town exactly what they missed out on when Southend United visit the EBB Stadium on Boxing Day.

Unless a vast improvment from Bradford game can only see another defeat. For me Timlin and Hall need to rediscover there best form, when there sparking we play well.

Right time to get back to winning ways (I hope)...lets be 'aving it.....Come on you Bluessssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

Christmas finds me nearer to England but 450kms and a Channel crossing will again confine me to BP this afternoon. The husband of my niece has been to the last few matches and from what he has seen, predicts gloom and doom, down to mid-table obscurity. Like your worst ever nightmares, you pray that they will never come true and thus, this afternoon, I'm hoping (praying) for a change in fortunes.......at least we won't be able to use the excuse of being tired and jaded. A great shame that when Sawyer finally looks as though he may get the opportunity he has waited all season for, he's out injured. As with others I reckon, success this afternoon could well depend on whether Hall and Timlin turn up.

In a cottage over christmas at Newport Sands Pemprokeshire Wales with my family. Been here for a week,we leave on the ttt27th to go back to where my daughter is stationed in the army at yes, aldershot a day late damn.

Sitting in with the mrs today just being lazy , but will be listening on the radio and hoping for that win that will keep us above the chasing pack

If Barker's unfit my XI would be:

Daniels
Clohessy Phillips Prosser Leonard
Grant
Timlin Ferdinand
Hall Sturrock
Dickinson

Subs: Morris, Nesbitt, Coughlan, Merrick-James, Harris

Absolutely, so frustrating, a player who is so prone to injury is a luxury we can ill afford which is why I believe he'll be off at the earliest opportunity.

like Phillips last season? To be fair most people seemed to want Phillips sold in the summer, I wonder if anyone has changed their mind.
