The Cliffs ticketing system & possibly even the venue itself is managed by Trafalgar Tickets & I pay a transaction fee every time I go there as I do at other venues.

Given the number of negative comments on here already in 3/4 hour I wonder if it's worth them doing?

We as a community need to show the consortium how much this means to us as a fan base.

Mine went through no problem but my mum and sons it won’t recognise and no didn’t use the hashtag as took the number off my Season Card. Thanks anyway

to confirm. in the end i bought multiple tickets against my ST as my mums and Bens come under my account even though they have their own SHR code. I also bought for two others so 5 in total if that helps anyone having a similar issue

Tickets, which are on sale exclusively to Season Card Holders now, can be purchased from The Cliffs Pavilion’s website by clicking here.

Supporters will need an access code to purchase tickets in the early bird period which will be your ‘SHR’ number from our ticketing site. To find your SHR number, either locate it on your season card or by visiting the ‘Your Account’ tab on the ticketing site when logged in.

Tickets will then go on general sale on Friday 29th December at 12pm, again from The Cliffs Pavilion’s website, with all orders capped at six tickets.

this is a not-for-profit Club event, with admission prices only in place to cover the costs for hosting in a suitable venue for as many fans as possible.

The fees CP are charging are standard unfortunately.

Really disgraceful this!

I never buy any tickets where this sharp practice is employed and the Cliffs is a lousy venue generally.

I’ve booked my wife’s Christmas present at the Cliffs and those were the fees. They aren’t putting anything extra on because it’s Southend United just so people are away.
