Another Question To Scriv

My Blues World subscription end in August and Prem TV have sent me messages for me to renew my credit card details because my previoius card had expired.

I've resisted doing so, and on checking my account details I have noticed that Prem TV have scheduled my next renewal to be 24.99, even though my previous subscription was for the 19.99 'Match Live' only.

Why is it that, each time they try to renew my account automatically, they subscribe me to the next tier up?

I don't want the 24.99 package and I think their actions are, once more, very questionable.

How do I make sure they subscribe me to the 19.99 tier and why are they doing this?

Sorry to put all this to you, Dave, but I have no intentions of going through this faceless corporation that has never accepted any kind of responsability for its past ineptitude.

Drop an email to clubsupport@premiumtv.co.uk and they will be able to help.

They control all the subscriptions so you need to go through them.

As Blues World has changed to version 2, for pre-season matches I have to release an article on the homepage (with the silver background).

If you click on that and log in as normal all should work.

Scriv, I visited the official site and clicked the bit about the live commentary tonight and all I got was a screen telling:

"Unfortunately, you are not currently eligible to access this area of the site"

... and telling me to upgrade to get access.

I am subscribed to Match Live, so why would this be happening?
