For those of you who live around Brentwood way, the back of the Brentwood Weekly News has an article on plans that have been approved to build new flats where the former Panorama restaurant, near Brentwood County High School.

'The Panorama restaurant site is set to be transformed into a three-storey apartment complex, thanks to Southend United chairman, Ron Martin.'

I might be interested if Southend fans receive a discount once complete!
