Kev, if it's anything like HT then experience will play a part as well. Sadly my decent captain happens to be a cack player (1.5 average!) but I have to play him.

Some people have found they asked for a batter and got a bowler, and vice versa. I'm hoping to get a competent bowler at least so i restrict a team to less than 250 for once. Playing shrimpersarmy tomorrow, gonna be fielding a couple of trainees to see how well they do, 1 bowler and 2 batsmen.
