Biscuit question?

Does anyone know why have some biscuits (for example Rich Tea, Digestive, Bourbon Creams) got small holes drilled in them yet others (for example Nice, Malted milk, Custard creams) do not?

Hmmm good question but whenever I buy a packet of malted milks (The King of all biscuits) I'm amazed by the beauty of the cow inprints on the biscuit!

So i was walking down bourbon cream street the other day and saw this ginger nut.He looked kinda Italian so i asked him "oi mate whats yer name"?He replied Garibaldi.He looked sick i said you ok?
