For anyone out there unable to access Blues World due to these new Microsoft DRM's, I thought I'd let you know that I managed to get a refund. I merely emailed the address on their help page, and never got a reply, but do now have £34.99 in my account that wasn't there a day ago...

Shame as I wanted the service, but at least the option is there for those who like me can't access the videos / highlights

Same here - Mac Bound and discriminated against!

Shame as the BW service had really improved no end. I'll be mailing them today for a refund.

thats what you get for owning a betamax computer

I think its shocking the way premium tv have done this.

A number of people signed up for the service, only for them to move the goalposts with system requirements.

Its not just macs which aren't catered for, you can't access via firefox and have to use crappy internet explorer. Paying a premium price, you expect a premium service. Scriv has done a fantastic job to make it worth the fee with those additional extended highlights, only for premium tv to prevent half their subscribers accessing it.

Something to do with the way that Matchday commentary was being rather freely shared I think HKB.

Nonetheless, they need to get this sorted soon.
