Well, that's a bit of a surprise selection although a very welcome one. Let's hope it pays off - for Phil's benefit and the team's. If we are to do anything at all this season other than struggle we need the Cox/Ranger partnership to blossom, preferably with Wordy behind them providing the ammo.

I actually prefer Roots Hall. I used to work in Shipley sometimes and the ground was just round the corner. I went there in 2010 when we won 2-0. It's a very steep sided ground!

I love the fact it's so steep - keeps the noise in and creates an intense atmosphere
