We had a big debate in our house. I had to fill in a question about how well my six month old son speaks english. I wanted to tick very badly as he cant actually speak English but the Mrs argues I should put fair as he is no better or worse than any other six month olds. Really tough one but as I was filling out the form I just did my own thing.
